"pop3.norton.antivirus" error - reenter password

I have tried everything. I still can't receive mail
through my outlook express. I have reset my passwords and
have done all I can. Is there anything that I could be
overlooking that could help?

Turn off email scanning in Norton (it provides no added protection anyway)
and reset the server names for the account.
