POP3 and SMTP servers

I am new to Vista and I have never set up the Outlook Mail. Can anyone tell
me the servers used for people with email through roadrunner(timewarner
cable) in the Greensboro, NC area? I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe this is your info... I don't know if you are Roadrunner or former
Adelphia customer....

The outgoing (SMTP) mail server address is smtp-server.triad.rr.com.
The incoming (POP3) mail server address is pop-server.triad.rr.com.
