Windows xp home edition has a chip in it to makes
this come up every time and I do not enjoy it at
all because I do not want to buy what is being sold.
How do I get this company or program to stop sending
this message over and over again. You can't just say
no. You have to write the email down go to the site
and buy to get it to stop. And i do not want to buy what
they are selling. Can you help me please.

My guess is that it isn't Windows XP that causes this,
but either your internet service provider (ISP) or an
email subscription service that is giving out your email
address (If it is coming up on email).

Myself and many people I know have XP home edition, and
we do not experience this problem, so I doubt it's an OS
problem.

Good luck fixing it, though. I understand your
frustration with pop-ups.

Be sure the firewall built into Windows XP is
activated. That has helped a lot with the pop-ups.
