Hi, this inquiry is about (3) item,s that keep coming up on my pc maybe there
will be someone in this disscussion group that can tell me what they mean
and
if they pose a danger to my pc so far msn has been of little or no help at
all.
these are the item,s (Tcip,netbt,715e365-8f65-4ffe-b430-65c629597e64).
i just hope i do not get pawned off to some other site and have to start
all over
again, this the 3rd request for info on these item,s thank,s

You are still in the wrong group.

Most likely you have some form of trojan/spyware on your computer. The Tcip
and netbt are for TCP/IP and NetBT, which are both related to your
communication stack. The third item is a GUID (Globally Unique Identifier),
which indicates some piece of software. Perhaps a registry search is in
order?

I would download some Malware detection programs, like a Spyware detector
and Virus program. AdAware (lavasoft.com) has a free spyware removal (sure
there are others) and AVG isa free virus detector (grisoft.com).

If these cannot remove the problem, I would download HijackThis (google it)
and determine what is loaded on your computer. There is a forum to post
HijackThis logs and have people help you determine what is on your computer
and how to delete it.
