Pop-Ups

Hi, Can anyone please help me. My dad is having a few problems wit
pop-ups on his computer, but they are not the pop-ups from advertisers
they are from his own computer, things like the start-up menu, and othe
windows, they happen pretty frequently and only when he moves his mous
all these windows start poping up, it is becoming a pain for him as h
has to start closing everone down befor he can do anything on th
computer, please can anyone help him.

Start your troubleshooting by having him change the mouse.
