Pop ups

I receive a pop up every ±10 minutes from

grocerycouponsdirect.com/freegift.cfm?gift_id=10&cid=26437

It started last Friday. I am running Microsoft Spyware, definitions were
updated 10/6/05, scan is run daily.
How can this pop up be gooten rid of?
 
Run an app that actually blocks pop-ups, such as Pop-up Blocker.

MSAS is an antispyware app, NOT a pop-up blocker, NOR an AV app.

Reboot and run MSAS in Safe Mode. Then reboot and see if the popups still
occur when in normal mode. MSAS is *not* a popup blocker. Almost sounded
like you got nailed with a hidden instance of IE that was running a script
timer. It is possible to load iexplore.exe without a window (you'll see it
in Task Manager's Processes tab) and have it running a page with a script
which uses a timer to periodically open a child instance of IE (that does
have a window) to show the popup. That means you visited a site that loaded
a hidden instance of IE. That means you don't have a popup blocker or it
isn't a very good one. It also means that you are revisiting the nasty site
that is doing this.
