I have pop up blocker on, but keep getting the screens that warn
Windows has found errors and I must visit these pages.

How can I stop this ?

Install IE-SPYAD, SpywareBlaster and a good HOSTS file:

Keep them updated at least weekly.

Tighten Internet Explorer security settings.

_NEVER_ purchase anything from browser or system hijackers.
This is the same for spammer/scammer emails.

Swipespy leads to AlertSpy::

i do use a pop up blocker in the browser, and nothing but these gets
through...

its exasperating

To stop the message temporarily at lease run 'net stop messenger' on
your machine. If you do not have an intranet then you could disable the
messenger service to prevent these messages from popping up.
They look like LAN messages to me...

All those links point to the same thing-"Repair Registry Pro"-whatever
that is supposed to be.
What version of Windows are you using? If 2000 or XP, Microsoft
AntiSpyware can disable Windows Messenger.(it's what I use-works well
for me)
I recommend that you use Firefox instead of IE6. Firefox is more secure
because it doesn't support ActiveX, VBScript or Microsoft Java VM.
What security programs are you currently using?
I have written some pages to help you be safe online.
