Pop ups wont load

When ever I go to a site, the pop ups come up as white
boxes which does not help at all because when i click on a
link that goes to another browser it cant load. Anyone know
how to fix this so new boxes load?

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).

If you have installed a popup stopper, disable it see what changes.
