pop ups not popping up

OK - I'm having a problem only with IE. I do not have
this problem with my other browsers, SBC Yahoo and MSN
Explorer. Here's the problem. I can't get pop-up windows
to open. Links to other sites work fine. For example, I
couldn't get this "Post New Message" window to open in
IE. I've run every fix I know, including re-installing
IE. My pop-up blockers are off. My security settings are
at default. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Does your anti-virus or firewall have an option to block popups?
