Pop Ups in Internet Explorer

When I click on Internet Explorer Icon, and whenever I
open a new page, I get a sworm of Pop Ups...always the
same ones. I use Norton Antivirus, Adaware and Block the
Pop, Spyware Scanner, all programs work well, except for
these Pop Ups. They open 3-4 at a time. I have deleted
all cache, all cookies, my security is set at Medium and
I have disabled Messenger...but the problem reoccurs, any
suggestions?

I would suggest updates for Ad-Aware, Windows,and Nortons
but without a firewall you are going to have prob.Nortons
utilities would help clean up mess
