pop up (zendmedia)

how did it get there and how do i get rid of it?? When I
open explorer for the first time it pops up...on the
entire screen....have to control alt del to close..
Help, Help please

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that sie does not fix the problem please post back
