no, but there are many programs you can download for
free that work with internet explorer, try searching for
mailwasher on google.

Install a FireWall such as ZoneAlarm and with this HOSTS file you will not
see many. I have not had a pop up in the last 3 months.

The best way is to block the server from tracking you in the first place
Blocking Ads with a Hosts File and AdShield. Under the Security Tab download
the hosts.zip file.
