Check the Pop-Up Blocker program's preferences section. There should be a way of adding the site to allow pop-ups.
Also in IE, you need to check the security settings and see if the site is having problems. This might be caused by third party programs such as Spybot: SD adding more security. If you use Spybot: SD Immunization/Hosts' file settings, they may need to be edited to allow use of that site.
Control Panel> Internet Options> Privacy tab> Sites> Check if you website is listed there, or any of the advertising programs associated with the site. You may need to unblock them.

I hae problem with the pop-up windows. I have a webpage
that need pop-up windows to come up. Everytime I log on
the windows wouldn't come up. Can anyone please tell me
how to correct this? I dont have SP2 installed and I dont
plan to install it.
