Pop Up Windows in IE

HELP - Over Thanksgiving, I was out of town and my nephew 'babysat' my house. He apparantly got into some sites her shouldn't have and now everytime I wake up my computer, I have at least 12 open windows active (and some of them ones I never want to see). I downloaded McAfee to try and clean things up, but it keeps happening. Short of reconfiguring my entire computer, does anyone know how to make this stop happening. I noted some of the paths of the files that McAfee finds, but when I try to uninstall them or delete them, I'm denied access.

Any help would be greatly appreciate!
