Navigate to this key:

Start | Run and type in:

regedit

OK | HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Identities | GUID (Long series of letters &
numbers) | Software | Microsoft | Outlook Express | 5.0 | Don't Show
Dialogs.

Find the correct one in the right hand pane and delete it, or change the
value to 0, (zero).

Hello,
Thanks for the respond. one question again. Why it´s Outlook express?
I´think it´s in internet explorer because whenever i want to download from
any web site it´s pop up but after i checked the box, not anymore. I want to
have this dialog box again.

Thanks so much....

My bad! Sorry. I forgot what newsgroup I was in. Hang in there for the
correct response.

there is a check box that I clicked so now the box not pop up again. I want
to enable the dialog box again.

Thanks...

The "File Download" dialog box appears if you download a file after you
click to clear the "Always ask before opening this type of file" check box in
Windows XP Service Pack 2 or in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
