Pop-up windows don't display the page

Recently when ever i open a new pop-up window in internet
explorer, the page never loads. The actual page comes up
but it is blank and keeps on searching but never finishes.
I have no problem opening pages in the same window though,
it's only when i open pages in new windows. Can someone
please reply and help me solve this, becuz i've noticed
that a few other people are having similar problems as i
am.
