Pop Up Windows display not workingproperly

Installing Norton 2004, the pop-up windows are about 50% expected size. When the license is supposed to display, again the pop-up window is too small and the accept/decline buttons do not display at all. A second PC installs fine. Only major difference are the video boards, but this looks more like something hosed in WinXP than the display driver. Help?
 
Problem was tracked to the installer or WindowsXP not being able to cope with a custom font size andproperly managing the window. Used one of the microsoft stadard font sizes and all worked.
