Pop- up window

Again hello guys,
I want for a pop-up window to come up in order to see the photos page. But
is there a way in frontpage to open the window, but dont have the address
bar, the standard buttons, the links etc on the top of that page, but just
the scroll bar on the right?
Or better said, i have seen this in other pages, but can i do it in frontapge?

Yes, In Frontpage 2003 there is a behaviour that creates a popup window.

If you run an earlier FP version, then try the "Spawn" addin at
www.jimcoaddins.com as already suggested.
