Pop-up toast windows slide by

My installation of ASW has those notification toast
windows slide up, and slipping all the way and
disappearing to the top! Sometimes it does it downward.

It's funny to watch, since it shows supposed important
information with Yes/No buttons asking me for a decision i
cannot make - goes by too fast for me to react.
 
This is a known bug when the taskbar is not at the bottom of the window.

Keep an eye out for a future release of the beta product, and check whether
this is fixed.
 
This side bar issue is definitely a problem. Some said if you move the side
back to its horizontal position, then move it back to the vertical position,
the issue will stop appearing.

This is typical of Microsoft, release the software, and
test it on users. It doesn't matter that it does not
function properly. They may even get around to fixing it,
several times, but then it will cost a fortune, as usual.

Huh? This is BETA. It has BETA stamped all over it. What part of BETA don't
you get?
