Pop-up stays in fore ground

[John Hull]

When I logged in just now I got two anitspyware pop-ups
at the same time. I dragged one up a little to try and
see them both and it stayed in the foreground as a blank
windows with a green title.

I had to kill the gcaservalert.exe process before it went
away.

Known problem?

No, it sounds like you got a bad install and it is trying to launch twice.
Go to add / remove programs, uninstall it, then reboot and insure you do
not have any boot errors. Then try re-installing.
