Try opening Outlook using a switch:
The command line looks kinda like:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe " /CleanReminders
Note: Paths that include spaces between words must be enclosed in quotation
marks (") and are case sensitive.

Below are the switches that I suggest you try (in the order given):
a. /CleanReminders - Clears and regenerates reminders.
b. /cleanfreebusy - Clears and regenerates free/busy information.
This switch can only be used when you are able to connect to
your Microsoft Exchange server.
Check your calendar after each before you try the next. If the first works,
you do not have to try the other. Below is an on-line information for how
