Pop up of microsoft anti spyware keeps comming up

I get a message(pop-up window from Microsoft spyware) that MS Messenger is
allowed in my startup registery.It comes up every 5 minutes. How do I shut it
off? I also have msmessenger disabled in my services area. Any Suggestions?
 
DARN, it happens to me too, i need help!!! (i think it's actually a fake
notice made by pop up programs, any suggestions now?)

I use this program to control the cookies and the start up of some programs.
