Sometime when I turn off my computer message
will pop up. This is the message it says

DDC MAN.EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "0x771c7d79" reference memory at
0x000000008". The memory could not be read.

Click ok to terminate the program.

How do I fix this message? Do I have to add memory?

Please need help. Thank you very much.

You've got some spyware running in the background that isn't exiting
gracefully and is in fact crashing. This has nothing to do with
physical memory. Clean up your computer by removing spyware with Spybot
Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode. Be sure you have a current (post-2002 version using updated
definitions) antivirus installed, also.
