Pop-Up Message when Retrieving e-mails

I am getting a new pop-up message every time I access e-mails that says a program is trying to access e-mail addresses stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this - Yes or No. It then states: If this is unexpected it may be a virus and choose No. I always choose No to this message but it's annoying because I keep getting it everytime I retrieve an e-mail

Anyone have any suggestions

You failed to post your Outlook version and what produced this problem.
