Dear All,
I'm using Peoplesoft's CRM tool to download reports in .csv format.
Whenever I click on the button that generates the report, a new window pops
up for about 5 seconds and then it disappears. It closes without my
intervention. I cannot open or save the file from the new window.
This looks at first look as a pop-up blocker issue. However SP2's pop-up
blocker is turned off. Also lowered security settings to the lowest level
possible, still no cure.
Strange enough, if I press "Esc" in the 3rd or 4th second, then I can
capture the URL generated by Peoplesoft CRM. When I paste this URL into a
new IE window, then I can download the .csv file without issues.
Does anyone have experienced similar issues? My current "solution" is to use
Firefox instead. It has some minor issues with Peoplesoft, but for the
biggest part it's working OK.
Any idea?
