Pop Up for Microsoft Internet Explorer

Hello I keep getting a pop up on my screen that on the
top has Microsoft Internet Explorer and inside the box
has a ! in yellow and says "Click Yes to complete your
download" but I don't rememeber trying to download
anything and it pops up over and over again as long as
I'm connetcted but it doesn't pick it up in the spyware
scan or my anti virus scan. Should I click OK or is this
just something that hasn't been added to the protection
yet?

This looks like either a ActiveX control or you allowed a drive by installer
blocked by the Windows XP SP2 pop blocker to install.

I sure wouldn't click OK. I'd say this is something that isn't detected yet.
You might try a HijackThis log posted to one of the forums where they
analyze those. There's one here: for example
