pop up files on explorer

How can I set my explorer to display always in name order
and ascending ,and not showing the type col .
Also, would be nice if I can rearrange the cols order.

Make your settings for one folder, then go to Tools > Folder Options >
View and press the "Apply to all Folders" button.
To re-arrange the columns, left-click a column header, keep the mouse
button pressed and drag the column to the new location.
