Pop Up Box

I would like to be able to have a pop up box appear when my salespeople are
filling out there call report. When the are in cell Afor example, I would
like a pop up with the first 4 columns to pop up with drop downs to allow
them to pick the correct data, customer name, city, contact for example. This
information is on another work sheet in the workbook. Any halp would be
appreciated.

What you are asking is called a UserForm, there is a lot to explain
