If you wish to solve your pop-up problems once and for
all, consider purchasing and installing a third-party program
designed to do just that:

Norton Internet Security 2003

-- Includes Norton AntiVirus 2003
-- Includes Norton Personal Firewall
-- Includes prevention of annoying web pop-ups
-- Includes Parental Controls
-- All in one, easy-to-install package

Their is no pop-up blocker install in Windows XP. You can't disable
something that doesnt exist, do you mean enable one?

Here's the best popup blocker I've found. The great thing about it is you can
enter domains to always allow the popups from that domain and you can allow a
popup on a per pop basis by merely holding down the control key.The problem with
most pop up blockers is that they block all popups including things that pop up
like MSN Radio+ and other similar little windows that you want and are useful.
