Pop-up Blocker

Why does my pop-blocker keep turning itself off? I'm constantly having to
turn it back on.
 
1) Do you have Administrator permissions on your computer?

2) Are you subject to Group Policy?

3) Could you be infected with malware?

why all the questions??? do you have an answer for me???

If you are subject to group policy, the policy may preclude you from
making certain changes to your computer. You are most likely to be
subject to group policy if this is a work computer under the
administration of your company's IT department.

If it's possible that you are infected with malware you need to remove it.
