I am running Win XP Sp2. I like the Pop Up Block
Tool and have it turned on. But, I seem unable to
get to 90% of the web pages to come up without
having to do a "Cntrl/Enter" to override the
blocker
or just turn it off. Gets a little annoying.
What's the
purpose if the web pages won't let us see them
without the Pop-Up Ad's. We can get off the junk
mail list by having our name taken off the list,
same
for phone numbers too. What about web Pop-Ups?
Any workaround to get the web pages up and keep
the
pop-up's away ?
Thanks!

Hi,
In IE> Tools> POP-up blocker> Settings, try a filter level of "low."

Do you have another pop-up blocker running? Yahoo toolbar? Google toolbar? A
second pop-up blocker could be troublesome.

Hope this helps,

No, not the I know of. Just the one that came on
IE6.
I don't use other tool bars, just the IE6 one.

Does one have to give up and leave it on all the
time ?
Kind of defeats the purpose of Popup Blocker if
the webmasters
design pages that require a looker to unblock
popups. Cookies
are bad enough.
