I dont know if this is the right forum to ask for help,
but it is worth a try.
Upon connecting to the internet, a IE pop up add comes
out, the address of the add is
http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/N1684.YesUp/B1060784.4;sz=80
0x600;kw=[keyword];ord=[timestamp]?
Anybody can help me eliminate this pop up? Thanks in
advance for the help.

Hey, Mikey,

First, I would suggest you go to Tools | Internet Options | Privacy, and
click on the "Edit cookie handling..." button. This should open a dialog
window that asks for a URL from which to block or accept all cookies. Type
in "doubleclick.net" and click the "block all" button. This will ensure
that you will never have a tracking cookie from doubleclick.net placed on
your HDD. This will also delete any of the same cookies already on your
HDD.

Next, beef up your security settings. It's not a cureall, but placing
your security settings at "Medium" or higher will block some types of popups
(and popunders). I've heard rumours that Win xp SP2 will have an option to
block popups in IE, but I have yet to verify this. For some reason, my
automatic Windows Update hasn't even started to download SP2 yet...
