pop up adds

Could someone please help me out. I receive loads and loads of pop up adds
and don't know how stop them. Internet was fine and then one day all of a
sudden started receiveing lots of adds...anyone help???

annexcafe.general.user2user newsgroup.

You may be better off asking in one of the IE groups. The pop up blocker I
use is free:
