Mike - EMAIL IGNORED
Please consider this situation:
1 - Outlook is installed on two boxes.
2 - Both talk to the same Outlook.pst file, which is not
in the default location on either box.
3 - Both pop3 from the same server.
4 - Both have option set that prevents deletion of the files
from the pop3 server on download.
Now:
a - Box 1 downloads some mail.
b - Box 1 knows what it downloaded, so it doesn't get the
same mail twice.
c - However, Box 2 doesn't know what Box 1 downloaded, so
I download the same mail twice.
The obvious question: How can I get Box 2 to not repeat
downloads without deleting mail from the pop3 server?
Thanks in advance,
Mike.
