POP set up

I have multiple email accounts channeled to my Outlook.
Everytime I close the program, when re-opening the
default incoming server information ends up attached to
my usernames.(ie: username shows robert/pop-
server.cfl.rr.com. It should just say robert) Each
individual account's incoming server reverts to
say "localhost". What have I configured wrong?

Have you got email scanning set up in your AV program?
