How do I change user name and password so that I can send out e-mails? It
keeps popping up a box that says it needs to verify these. I don't ever
remember setting this up in the e-mail account. I have tried every
combination possible. I can't send any e-mails out.

HELP!!

This varies depending on which internet provider you have. Many
providers give the instructions somewhere on their web site. If you
can't find it there, tell us who your provider is and maybe another
user of the same provider can tell you.
 
You are leaving out a lot of information that would make it easier
for us to help you; such as the fact that pop.secureserver.net is not
associated with your ISP, but probably is for a mail account
associated with a domain you host with GoDaddy.com.
Do you have any other mail accounts set up in Windows Mail,
and if so, do the other accounts work properly?

If you do not remember your username and password, you
will need to contact the provider of that account. If that is
GoDaddy.com, go to their website and submit a customer
inquiry or call their support line.
