POP accounts shared contacts

Hi all,

I want to make a shared contacts folder which contains all
internal staff details. Using MS Exchange is easy, you
just set up a public folder, but everyone is using POP
accounts. We are also using some funny MAC mail server
program.

Is there any way to share out a contacts folder for
everyone to see, whether it be Outlook or Outlook Express?
