Pop 3 Settings disapear

Anti spyware just erased all my pop3 accts except
msn....hmmm. don't tell me this is another conspiracy.
how can I stop this?
 
Hmm - I thought I was the only MSN user left with a pop3 account?

As John says--what application is involved?
