I posted earlier about the dead ATI 8500 AIW. Seems it is not dead but has
poor connections with the AGP slot when fully seated. If it is not inserted
all the way, the computer will post and every thing is ok. I can even push
it the rest of the way in after the computer is up and it stays running.
Then the pc will reboot on a reset every time until it is shut off then it
will not boot. I have not had this problem with any other cards on this MB.
the card does have a few terminals that look slightly more scuffed then the
others.Is there any way too remedy this other then not fully seating the
