Poll of flash cards used

I currently used Transcend 80X flash cards.
I'd like to take a poll of what flash cards everyone else is using for
XP embedded

My research has led me to Silicon Systems.

SSD-M01G-3100 ..40-pin fixed 1 GByte ide disk module, less than $120
SSD-C01G-3100 ..1GByte CF; auto-ID's as FIXED when used w/IDE adapter

Has good power outage handling, good wear leveling, etc. Very responsive
vendor.
Don't have to mess with any wierd utility to convert the device to respond
to windows as a fixed drive. They are already "fixed".

I'm currently trying to evaluate simpletech and wintech.

Over a $100 for a 1gig seems pricey to me.
I"m paying less than $20 for the transcend 512 but I'm buying hundreds
a year.

We are using Kingston 512 and 1GB flash.
But not sure how much its going to be good.
can anybody suggest which one is the best option.
