No, I'm not aware of any additional spell-check languages
besides the basic four that come with WinMail.

Couldn't I somehow take over and use the Polish spellcheck from the Polish
version Outlook Express 6.0? Maybe there is a specific file where this
function is located?

Have you had a look at ASPELL:

I don't use it myself but what I've heard from users it is pretty good,
and Polish appears to be covered.

I doubt you could do that. The format of dictionary has changed.
Unlike OE, WinMail can't use the dictionaries that comes with Office.

There is a UserDictionary.lex file in the message store directory that you
can insert Polish words into via Notepad.

Yes. If you can find a Polish dictionary online, then you can copy it and
paste it into that file.
