Policy To Prevent users from Installing any software in the PC

Hi,

Can anyone tell me which policy to be implemented so that
the users cannot install any software i.e Msn Messenger,
Yahoo Messenger, JRE , etc etc.

please help me as its very very urgent

Gautam,

Sorry to tell you that there is no such policy that I know
of. You can make everyone a member of the Power Users
group on the local machine or even better a member of the
Users group on the local machine.
