policy to change dvd zones

Hi all the Gurus out there,

I was wondering how/where i can change the policy so that non-admin
users can change the dvd zones on a laptop.
your help is much appreciated.

I have no idea about a pre-existing Group Policy but you
can always write an ADM file and import it into a GPO
IF you can figure out what registry changes would be
needed.

Assuming it is a registry change you can do it. (RegWatch
and similar programs can be used to watch while you make
the change manually on a test machine.)

Also, if you have a command line program that can do the
deed you can use scripting -- this allows also for copying
files, or otherwise messing with what is on the machine.

Technically, anything should be possible with scripts or
an ADM file (that can be done otherwise manually) but it
may or may not be easy.
