Hi,
I have some users who like to view the calendar by double clicking the
clock in the lower right hand corner (system tray).
If I disable access to the clock so they can't change the date/time (as
it should be), they can't view the calendar.. woopdeedo! However, to
try to appease the natives, I was wondering if there is a way to allow
them to display the calendar without being able to change anything?

John,
Sorry there is not what I know about, there is free 3d party software, or by
outlook :)

If the computer is a member of a domain, then the user should be able to
change the time, but the Windows Time Service should keep the clock in sync
and change the time back on the user. At least that's been my
experience.... so lettum change the time--Windows will synchronize it to the
'domain time'

Computer Configurations > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local
Policies > User Rights Assignments

Change the system time
This policy allows you to specify which users and groups can change the
time and date on the internal clock of the computer. You can define
this user right in the Default Domain Controller Group Policy object
(GPO) and in the local security policy of workstations and servers.
