Not in an Access Forms newsgroup. Access is a database application -
probably not a very good tool for writing manuals. Forms are objects used
to enter, view, or edit data in an Access database. Again, probably not
involved in writing a manual.
Either find a more appropriate newsgroup (maybe a Word newsgroup) or just go
search on the Internet or on the Microsoft website for a policy manual
template or shell that you can use.
