You need to look in:

Group Policy (gpedit.msc) --> Computer Configuration / User Configuration /
(Domain Configuration ??) --> Administrative Templates -->
...........................

Hi Mike,

You can find your domain policy here:

Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc -> Expand User Configuration -> Administrative
template -> Control Panel -> Display -> here you have two settings:

"Password protect the screen saver" and
"Screen Saver timeout"

I hope this helps you out.

Just to add, this is a user setting - not a computer setting, but all
the same will do what you want. You may also want to hide display properties
or at least screen saver tab from users also. --- Steve
