Policy for Disk Defrag

Is there a way to set up a policy to run disk defrag on all workstations in a
tree?

Not with the built-in features since the defrag
cannot be scheduled (through supported means.)

If you buy a commercial defrag, this should work
however.

Why? It's not a useful procedure. It doesn't generally result in an
increase in speed. I rarely run defrag because it is such a waste of
time. Users can't work while it is going on, so unless your intent is
to seriously annoy them, it won't work. They'll just cancel it.
