Nope,

I want users to give the ability to change their power management settings
on their notebooks.

Hi Jeroen,

On your Windows 2000 computers, if you want to give members of the "Users" group the
right to configure Power Settings and change the Power Scheme, then grant "Users"
Full Control access to the following registry key, like this:

- Run regedt32.exe
- Navigate to the registry key given below
- On the Security menu, click Permissions
- Grant "Users" Full Control

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\
Controls Folder\PowerCfg
