policies preventing connnecting to print queue

i'm trying to connect to a particular printer and have the
following message displayed:

"apolicy is in effect on your computer which prevents you
from connecting to this print queue."


any ideas?

Start\Run\Gpedit.msc\User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control
Panel\Printers\Look for enabled directive.
