Pointer Freezes

Frequently, my pointer freezes on the screen. I have
changed the mouse and reinstalled the second one after it
happened again. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

Possibly it's not the mouse that's causing the problem. You may have
something running in the background that grabs so much CPU time that your
mouse has to wait for its turn to execute your comands.

When it does,or has done,go to ADM.,open event viewer
for details,you can also go to run,type:Msinfo32
Look in hardware/conflicts/irqs and or problem devices,
forced hardware for info.

check your usb port, will freeze if not in properly, I use

an optical which you can put back in receptacle and
reconnect also. Hope that helps
